Heavenly Hot Cross Cake
I love cake. All gigs should have cake. Or if you're not at a gig, you should be having cake to make up for it. These cakes in a bottle are perfect for when you're short on time because of all the gigs you're going to or the music you need to listen to!
This take on a Hot Cross bun but turned in to a really delicious cake! Yum!
Chopped apricots, raisins, mixed peel and a hint of spice make this heavenly moist versatile cake. Perfect with a coffee or as a warming pudding that works perfectly with a dollop of custard.

Requires: 60ml Milk, 150g Softened Unsalted Butter, 3 large eggs & 50ml Vegetable Oil
